Pixelfox Studios · Founder-led holding company · London

We start companies and build them ourselves.

Pixelfox Studios is the holding company of Gavin Yates and Kathryn Kee. We fund our own companies first. Gavin has twenty years running infrastructure at scale, at PlayStation, Couchbase, Improbable and Helsing, and three companies founded since 2023.

Catches, the physics-based AI fit platform backed by Antoine Arnault and live with AMIRI and THE OUTNET. Deliverance AI, the sovereign enterprise AI operating system that left stealth at £6m ARR, deployed on HPE Private Cloud AI hardware. Homelore, the evidence layer for Malaysian residential property, owned outright by Pixelfox. Two are NVIDIA Inception members; all three run on NVIDIA.

Governed agentic AI, delivered on HPE Private Cloud AI.

Deliverance AI is the operating system for sovereign enterprise AI: it runs and governs AI agents inside an organisation's own environment. The focus is hardware deployment: governed agentic AI delivered on HPE Private Cloud AI, on-premises and air-gapped, within four weeks. It came out of stealth in June 2026 with £6m of annual recurring revenue, six enterprise customers and more than 30 staff, three months after incorporation.

The founders

We build products, and back the people who build them.

Pixelfox Studios is owned and run by its two founders. We build and own our products, starting with Homelore, and invest together in early-stage technology companies.

Gavin Yates

Co-founder, Pixelfox Studios · Founder, Homelore
Founder and CTO, Catches and Deliverance AI

Twenty years delivering technology at scale, and the capital behind it. Gavin ran infrastructure, security and engineering at PlayStation, took Couchbase through its preparation for IPO, and led global infrastructure at Improbable, where the team won a Google Cloud Customer Award for Gaming and cut annual infrastructure spend from £11m to £3.5m while serving millions of concurrent players. In 2026 he was VP of IT and Infrastructure at the European defence AI company Helsing.

As a founder and CTO he built Catches on NVIDIA and launched it with AMIRI, backed by Antoine Arnault of LVMH with $10m raised; co-founded Deliverance AI, which left stealth at £6m ARR on HPE Private Cloud AI; and built Homelore, founder-funded and owned outright through Pixelfox Studios. Two of the three are NVIDIA Inception members.
